4. Drainage and leveling system
-Function: Remove excess chocolate to ensure a smooth surface.
-Composition:
-Vibration screen: high-frequency vibration to discharge excess liquid material.
-Air knife device: Compressed air blows the edges of the product to prevent dripping.
5. Cooling and solidification system
-Function: Rapid cooling to solidify chocolate crystals and maintain their luster.
-Composition:
-Multi layer cooling tunnel: segmented temperature control (such as 12 ℃ → 8 ℃ → 5 ℃) to avoid sudden cooling cracking.
-Cold air circulation unit: with humidity control to prevent condensation.
6. Conveyor system
-Function: Product transportation that runs through the entire process.
-Design points:
-Stainless steel mesh belt/food grade plastic belt: corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
-Variable frequency speed regulating motor: matching the optimal conveying speed of different products.
